Conferring the title of Doctor of Sciences

On January 27th the Scientific Council of Institute of Fluid-Flow Machinery POLISH ACADEMY OF SCIENCES (PAN) has confer an academic degree of Doctor of Science (habilitation) to Ryszard Szczepanik, PhD Eng., the Director of AFIT.

The title of the thesis of Ryszard Szczepanik, PhD Eng. for the post-doctoral's degree is: Research of dynamics of impeller propeller blades of aircraft turbo engines in various conditions of real use.

55th Anniversary of Air Force Institute of Technology foundation

The commemoration of the 55th Anniversary of AFIT was held on June 20, 2008.
