The Air Force Institute of Technology has the authority to perform flight tests of civil aircraft and helicopters in
compliance with the European regulations: CS-VLA, CS-VLR, CS-23, CS-25, CS-27, CS-29 and with the corresponding regulations: FAR and JAR.
The basic costs related to the performance of flight tests (excluding specification sheet costs) are to be negotiated.
Any proposals for realization of flight tests (including the basic aircraft data) are to be submitted to the Head of the Division for Aeroplanes & Helicopters.
The date of the tests will be set by phone as soon as the Civil Aviation Office accepts the specification sheets.
