On December 12th, 2008 offset agreements (direct offset) with foreign companies were signed in the Ministry of Economy. As part of those agreements
Polish defence industry gains access to new technologies.
- Rockwell Collins Inc. within offset obligation worth 31 million dollars will provide avionics for M-28 Bryza. Direct offset obligation
concerning gratuitous technology transfer will also be directed to ITWL.
- " Terma A/S within offset obligation worth 15,7 million euros will provide passive defence systems for M-28 Bryza. One of the beneficiaries
of financial part from direct offset is also ITWL.
On November 17th, 2008 annex to offset agreement concluded between State Treasury and Harris Corporation was signed in the Ministry of Economy.
It raises the worth of offset agreement.
As part of offset obligation Harris Corporation obliged to gratuitous technology transfer for ITWL.
