The Scientific Library operates within the Military Centre for Scientific Information. The library has got 45000 volumes and over 100 international and domestic periodicals subscribed ever year.

The main subjects of the publications are: aeronautical engineering, strength of materials, materials technology, science, computer science, history of aviation, dictionaries, guides, encyclopedias.

The main tasks of the Library are to collect, purchase new books, classify a book collection, and make it available to readers. The Complex Library Management System has been implemented at the Library, which enables full automation of its activities.
