The 26th anniversary of the Polish Industrial Lobby was held at the Air Force Institute of Technology. During the celebration, honorable PLP "Bene Meritus Pro Industria Poloniae" awards were given. The ceremony took place on March 23, 2018 at the Air Force Institute of Technology.

The guests were greeted by the PIL Coordinator Ph.D. Paweł Soroka, Assoc. Prof. and the Director of the Air Force Institute of Technolgy Ph.D. D.Sc. Eng. Mirosław Kowalski, AFIT prof.

Then, in accordance with the decisions of the Chapter, "Bene Meritus pro Industria Poloniae" (Well-deserved for Polish Industry) distinctions were given. An outstanding AFIT specialist in the field of mathematical modeling and computer flight dynamics of controlled aircraft, aviation accident investigation expert prof. Jerzy Manerowski, Ph.D. D.Sc. Eng, was honored among other 9 awarded personalities.

The ceremony was attended by: prof. Witold Modzelewski, Ph.D. - representative of the President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda, Deputy to the Sejm: Zbigniew Gryglas, Andrzej Smirnow and Jacek Wilk, Col. Piotr Szumowski - representative of the General Staff of the Polish Army and Lt. Col. Mariusz Boruciński - representative of the General Command of the Armed Forces, activists of trade unions cooperating with Poland Industrial Lobby, presidents of enterprises and companies, directors of R&D institutes, presidents and activists of social organizations and associations, as well as journalists.

Promotion of the latest "Vintage" issue of the Polish Industrial Lobby took place during the ceremony. The issue contains program and information materials, opinions and positions of the PIL from 2018 and early 2019 years.
